The Only Way My Name meets Yours
I wasn’t yours—not really, no—
Just someone passing, made to go.
Yet here I am, still writing you,
In verses only I live through.
You haunt the spaces in between
Each word I write, each pause unseen.
A name I pair beside my own
In poems where I'm still alone.
So if you're ever searching skies,
And wonder where my silence lies,
Just know I’m here—in rhyme and verse,
In love that bloomed and turned to curse.
The only way my name meets yours
Is here—behind unwritten doors.
Not in your world, not in your eyes—
But in the space where longing lies.

Very nice
